How do I return goods?
Although great care is taken in the preparation and dispatch of your order from time to time it may not reach you in the condition you expected, if this is the case you must contact us within 5 working days on 1850 417784.
We will replace or refund any goods dispatched incorrectly, only when we have received the original goods will we process the return. (Fine Wines will incur any delivery charge associated)
Returns for any other reason will be replaced or refunded once we have received the original goods in this case the delivery cost will be incurred by you.
For you convenience we can arrange our delivery partner Fastway couriers to uplift these returns at a cost of €7.95 per case of 12.
Goods must be received within 10 working days in all instances.
Goods must be in their original packing with all delivery labels attached and a copy of the original invoice.
Refund
All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened within 10 wroking days. If a refund is deemed necessary we can only refund the debit/credit card which was used oringinally for the purchase
